LAUVRION – Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
During product launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified by email.
2. Pre-Order Shipping
Some Lauvrion pieces are available on a pre-order basis and are produced in limited quantities.
Pre-order items have extended shipping times.
The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift based on production or logistics. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
3. Shipping Regions
Lauvrion currently ships to all countries within the European Union.
We do not ship internationally outside the EU at this time.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Any applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout for EU customers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal peaks.
6. Tracking Information
All orders include track & trace.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at lauvrion@gmail.com.
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
Please note that carriers may take several days to provide updates.
Lauvrion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
